While Kristen felt both ‘excited’ and ‘nervous’ to see Rob at the Hollywood Film Awards on Nov. 14, the British actor did his best to avoid his ex-girlfriend at the star-studded event.
Kristen Stewart, 24, had hoped that the Hollywood Film Awards on Nov. 14 would give her a chance to finally catch up with her ex, Robert Pattinson, 28, whom she hasn’t seen in months. However, what happened at the event not only shocked the actress, but left Kristen feeling “disappointed” and “disheartened,” an insider reveals.
Rather than having a blast, reconnecting with Rob at the Hollywood Film Awards, the fashionista was left with mixed emotions.
“She was looking forward to seeing Rob and at least catching up for a little bit. Kristen was pretty disappointed that he just vanished after he presented the award. It was a laid back environment, so she just figured he would chill out for a while, but he was gone in the blink of an eye,” an insider tells.
Unforunately, Kristen felt totally snubbed by Rob.

“How could she not take it personally?” asked the insider. “He made no effort to talk to her, and just behaved really distant and distracted, so yes that was a bit disheartening for Kristen, considering how excited she was to see him.”
Rob wanted to make sure that FKA Twigs did not feel threatened that he was attending the same event as Kristen.
“Avoiding Kristen was his way of showing Tahliah [FKA] how committed he is to her, that he only has eyes for her and is completely over Kristen,” a source told. “He acted this way for Tahliah.”
