The Big Bang Theory production stalled during contract talks !

Will the $1 million salary request spell the end of The Big
Bang Theory?

The Big Bang Theory fans may need to start worrying about the future of the show. The cast has been in contract negotiations, and apparently things are not going well. According to Deadline, Warner Bros. has canceled the table read for the first episode of Season 8, originally scheduled for Thursday, July 31.

All five original cast members are apparently still without contracts, but are in continued negotiations.
"Due to ongoing contract negotiations, production on The Big Bang Theory — which was originally scheduled to begin today — has been postponed," Warner Bros. told Deadline in a statement.

Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar are reportedly asking for $1 million an episode (or more) — the same amount paid to the Friends cast in their last season. Melissa Rauch and Mayim Bialik both negotiated contracts last fall, so are not included in these conversations.
"We're feeling very confident that everything will work out," CBS chief Nina Tassler said two weeks ago. "These deals manage to get done somehow miraculously year after year."

The show recently re-upped with CBS for three more seasons, but with some big moments in the future — including a wedding between characters Leonard and Penny — there is plenty of material fans still want to see.
There is no word if Tassler is still feeling as confident in the cast, two weeks later. But Deadline is reporting that the actors' salary requests are not completely out of line, since the show is estimated to bring in up to $2 billion in profits and is one of the biggest assets for Warner Bros.
The Big Bang Theory is planning an hour-long season premiere on Sept. 22.

Brooklyn Beckham and Chloe Grace Moretz: Dating!

Prepare to feel old: Hit Girl from  Kick-Ass  and Posh Spice's son are all grown up. Okay, so they're in their teens, but still - reports that Chloe Grace Moretz and Brooklyn Beckham are dating made us want to crank up the  Matlock  and kick some kids off our lawns. Chloe is 17 and Brooklyn (the younger man) is 15, but not only are these two reportedly a full-blown couple, they're so LA that they make Kim Kardashian look like some rube from Anaheim.  Chloe and Brooklyn met at a SoulCycle class and she's invited him as her date to the premiere of her new movie,  If I Stay . We're sure they're sipping macchiattos and reading  Variety  together as we speak.  No word on how Brooklyn's A-list parents feel about the relationship, but we'd imagine it was a little awkward for Chloe to meet the folks, considering that - like the rest of the world - she's probably seen David Beckham in his underwear. Thought it's still ear...

Is Jennette McCurdy on her way to becoming the next most controversial teen celeb?

Jennette McCurdy knows what her assets are and she is not afraid of showing them off. The Sam & Cat  actress has posted a half-naked photo of herself on social media, but this time, her risqué photos making it to the public sphere was her choice. McCurdy is a talented actress and obviously so much more than just her physical appearance, but she seems to understand not all of her fans are the Nickelodeon crowd. So are the photos going too far, especially for an actress with a young fan base? Miley Cyrus has gone through the same thing. As an actress who got her start on Disney, her overtly-sexual attitude has worried some parents — as well as fellow role models. McCurdy took to Reddit on Thursday, posting a blog called "I am not a role model." "With the growing I've done, I realize that to attempt to live up to the idea of being a role model is to set myself up for foregone failure," she wrote. "Sure, I've made some mistakes,...
