The ultimate material girl and California girl join forces! Yep, Madonna and Katy Perry.  But the collaboration isn’t in  the studio like we hoped for. Katy Perry will be working closely with Madonna on selecting an artist from the various submissions of videos, poetry, music, photographs, and other art mediums which express a "unique view" of the fight for human rights. When speaking of the project and why she chose Katy , Madonna said: "Art can change the world, but first it needs to be seen and heard‎. Katy Perry and I are asking you to be that voice and show us how you define freedom in 2014. This will be a year of monumental changes for human rights, and we want you to be a part of that change. Let us hear from you." Katy Perry replied: "I am so fortunate to have the freedom to express myself through music. Now I'm calling all of my incredibly creative KatyCats to use their talent to show Madonna and me how they express their freedom...

Troian Bellisario struggled with an eating disorder and cutting in high school, the 28-year-old  Pretty Little Liars  actress  reveals in the February issue of   Seventeen , making her the second cast member of the show to talk publicly about self-destructive behavior. Bellisario confirmed:  “I started self-harming when I was a junior. I would withhold food or withhold going out with my friends, based on how well I did that day in school.” She tells  Seventeen  that she underwent professional treatment for her disorder, but indicates that appearing on  Pretty Little Liars  makes recovery more challenging. “Honestly, it’s an ongoing struggle. Especially on a show that has the word  pretty  in it! Sometimes I feel like I’m trying too hard, like I don’t belong. I just look around at Lucy [Hale], Shay [Mitchell], and Ashley [Benson], and I’m just like, Why am I on this show? Sometimes I’ve felt like a fraud.” Bellisario did...

Ke$ha’s Eating Disorder Was Caused By Dr. Luke Calling Her A ‘Refrigerator’?! Ke$ha has checked into rehab to treat an eating disorder. The "Tik Tok" singer said in a statement provided by her spokesman Friday that she'll be unavailable for the next 30 days while she seeks treatment for an undisclosed eating disorder. "I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice," she said. Apparently the 26-year-old singer has been fighting with Dr. Luke, from her record label, for awhile now! After Ke$ha’s 2011  Get Sleazy  tour ended, Luke started harping on the singer to lose weight. Then, during a 2012 video shoot, he even told her she "looks like a f*cking refrigerator.” The 26-year-old vegetarian pop star said she wants to "learn to love myself again, exactly as I am." No other details were provided.

Katy Perry's rider was recently released and it's pretty good. Girlfriend is into healthy living! Good on her: -fresh veggies AT ALL TIMES -- including spinach/broccoli/celery/beets/carrots/kale, etc. -two large baskets of fruit -- one must be tropical. -dinner must include a vegetarian option ... plus quinoa or couscous. -ALL meals must be low-fat and health conscious and cannot contain MSG. Katy's dressing room requirements are even more specific: -fresh organic grown fruit (including SLICED pineapple, mango, kiwis, etc) -fresh cut crudites (cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, snap peas & celery ... plus ranch dip) -healthy granola -dried figs -whole grain tortilla chips -large bowl hummus -fresh made guacamole Katy also likes fermented grapes  -- 2 bottles of Pinot Grigio and 1 Argentine Malbec.

The original video for Miley Cyrus' smash hit 'Wrecking Ball' broke the record for the most watch video in 24 hours on VEVO, so it was only a matter of time before the popular clip was parodied and Nicholas Cage has found himself the butt of the joke.  While the Nicolas Cage edition of the video is only eight seconds long, it is long enough to leave a very permanent impression.
